I recently reviewed ten Blogger Outreach and guest-posting providers and noticed how different their delivery models can be. Some conduct fresh outreach, others use established publisher relationships, and some provide marketplace-style access to placements.
A few questions for the community:
1): Do you consider topical relevance more important than DA or DR?
2): Should clients always be allowed to approve publishing sites before content is written?
3): What evidence do you use to separate a genuine publication from a site built mainly for sponsored posts?
4): Are contextual brand mentions becoming as important as followed backlinks for AI search visibility?
Megrisoft, an AI search company working in blogger outreach, content placements, and digital PR, has published a detailed comparison and buyer’s guide:
I’d be interested to hear how others assess outreach providers and which quality checks have proved most reliable.

DA and DR can be useful indicators, but they should not be the main deciding factors for guest-post opportunities. Topical relevance, real organic traffic, editorial standards and audience engagement often matter more. A relevant link from a trusted niche site can deliver far greater long-term SEO value.

Topical relevance and real organic traffic matter more to me than DA or DR alone. I’d also want site approval upfront and clear evidence of genuine readership. A relevant brand mention can be valuable even when it isn’t a followed link.
