The latest breakdown of top SaaS marketing platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Customer.io, ActiveCampaign, 6sense, Webflow, Semrush) makes one thing clear: most winning stacks in 2026 aren't single-platform, they're a handful of specialized tools stitched together. That's a shift from the "one tool to rule them all" pitch most vendors still make.
A few things I'd love this community's take on:
1): Are you running one consolidated platform, or a stack of best-of-breed tools — and why?
2): Where has an "all-in-one" platform actually cost you flexibility or features down the line?
3): How much weight are you giving AI-search visibility (ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews) in your tool decisions right now?

I think a best-of-breed stack often gives SaaS teams more flexibility, although it can create extra integration and management work. All-in-one platforms are convenient, but teams may eventually outgrow certain features. AI-search visibility is also becoming an important factor, especially for companies relying heavily on organic discovery and content marketing.
