Egg prevents cancers. It contain rich vitamin B 2 which decomposes and oxidizes carcinogens. Trace minerals such as selenium and zinc also can prevent cancers. According to some analysis, the intake of selenium can reduce the death of cancers. People with more selenium in the blood are less likely to get cancers.
