For me, codebase awareness is a game changer—nothing beats having a tool that really gets the context of my project. I did switch tools recently because I was just tired of dealing with workflow friction. As for terminal vs. editor-native agents, I find the terminal-first ones like Claude Code super powerful, especially with larger repos. It just feels more intuitive to me.
