I am less concerned about Google caffeine then what comes after. It seems caffeine is seen internally at Google as being more of a change that will allow them to make changes going forward

Google's defaulting to personalized search in the results already raises some new considerations.
(PS - Yahoo announced they're going to do it too. Personally, from a search user standpoint, I don't like it - I think it just adds garbage ...
